Good job Scream. Nice powerful chords and chord structure. It is hard to tell from just listening, but it seemed as though you were able to accomplish some nice fat chords (especially in the low brass) without sacrificing power. I think some of your rep. would be a nice addition to PV's song selection. I've been waiting for someone at PV to figure out you can have 7th and 9th chords without losing power. Its all in your voicings... Anywayz, overall good job. Although, I think I would have liked a lil' more "barbecue sauce" on the ending, as Prof. Ed use to say...
Wowwwww.... Well, now that Prof. Gordon is head I hope he gives you an opportunity to pass some oh that heat out. I really like the color and the power of those arrangemnets. Your arranging style is very similar to mine. I like the fact you didn't spread the mellos, baritones and trumpets to thin. And I REALLY like the fact that you let the bones do what they are made to do. Thats where PV loses their power. That "If You Had My Love" is off the meat rack. I wanna hear that at the LDC. Make that happen for ya boi. But keep on doing what you do.
As far as the battle.......... Uhhhhhhhhh........ Well, I really liked that "Radio" and that "Creep" well always be a crowd pleaser. But, I would have to give round one to Scream. I know what you tried to do Brock but now that you see he's competent, you gonna have to turn the stove on and bring out some of that heat you showed me.
