All i want to know were cranking came from and why every band thinks they have to do it on every song they play and im not looking for su did it first im looking for a deeper meaning on why every band just start cranking and do you think it has ruined the image of bands and so on with the state of some of these high school bands.

For one if you must have your head stuck up your @$$ if you have not heard at least 5 bands that crank on every song. Second if you are tired of this topic no one is forcing you to talk about it. Then third you are not suppose to be posting on this forum, what's wrong with you? lmao

Well, Forte is a music term and then you have different levels of it. Also, it has been around for a long time, "Cranking"
I guess is the slang ...LOL and another thing I can say is, sometimes that really is how the song sounds .... Or Some bands are matching the lyrics in a song...Im sure you've herd the real songs to the songs you must be talking about and some "singers". really do scream the notes......anyways i'm just trying to answer you question. hope this helps
