Due to High Spam on the forum

I closed off open membership to bandhead.org.& All Members must be approved. 

Also All Forums will likely become Groups, only leaving a few main forums for public information.

It's likely that High School & College forums content will likely be merged to "The Band's All here" leaving all discussions under one roof and open to all members to participate. Those forums will then be replaced with Groups.


 Whoever creates those groups will be the moderators.  Those moderators can choose additional moderators. Mods can chose to publicize the group, accept/deny members or  totally privatize the groups or even ban members from a group..

All of this is an attempt to subdue spam.

    hackers that use this spam to gain vistors from bandhead which gives them profit

    THANK YOU!  I was waiting for this exact post.  These bots were getting on my damn nerves.  I even stopped coming to the forums, linking myself directly to the chat.  Hopefully, this will ease the problems.

    Close, they use the spam to get unsuspecting members to click on the links they to hack your computers to install keyloggers, virus, etc. to steal your informations and steal your money.  Either that, or they're doing what Jack said; but I think it's the former, because I never click on the links.  The traffic was becoming quite high so I assume that they were successful in their attempts.
