I think the Ocean of Soul got the edge .. .they're under new direction finally after decades under Dr. Lee and many needed changes have been made recently and will continue to be made in the coming months so the excitement from that alone gives TSU the edge IMO. Recruitment is better now, the band is getting more visibility, more money is being funneled to the band thanks to the univesity's renewed commitment to the band, great things are happening in 3rd Ward right now. Pretty soon the band will be 250 to 300+ .. trust me.
