    In Georgia, UGA is the school that hosts JanFest, kinda like a clinic for high school kids to receive further instruction. The individuals selected from a number of schools usually in a resume' type style.

    That being said, their musician dept is state of the art and any student interested in receiving a quality education should consider UGA.

    Watch them on the field and you'll receive a treat. Their drumline is CRAZY and that "Georgia Fanfare".... OMG!!!!!!

    Ohh yeah well MASH on UGA all day long for fun.....at least the 100 from fall 2004 would. Idk about this new marching 100.

    Now, u want a real marching band, check out Florida State. They raw. If they EVER got some intensity under their belts, they would mash on the whole SWAC. I remember fall 2005 when they played U of Miami in Tallahassee, and I watched the game with mah crab bruhs, who lived about 2 miles from FSU stadium. When the marching chiefs cranked dat war chant, we turned off the TV and the surround sound and opened the window. We heard the FSU band from over 2 miles away beastin dat war chant. 4real.
