This Friday at Barnett Stadium, its the championship of Houston Bands (no smack intended towards the other bands) as the Stephen F. Austin "Sonic Boom" faces the Even E. Worthing "Marching 100."  Oh yeah, you can watch the football game if you want too. lol

But real talk, these are two bands who defied countless odds and everytime we face one another, its get wild.  Last year at Smackdown, both bands left with bloody lips bodies dripping in sweat.  This year whats the prediction.

In addition, Austin Band will be holding a donation drive.  Anyone who donates $5 will be entered into a drawing for a brand new CONCERT SNARE DRUM.   It can be used for either practice at home, drumset use, or performance.  Also, by making a donation, you will be helping a great program do something epic in going to Los Angeles next week for the Home Depot Battle of the Bands. The drawing will be announced at the game.
