it's according to who you meet and who's willing to teach you. because generally, just showing up at at the camp to take part in it doesn't make you "Better" ya know
I don't see why they wouldn't be a good place to go and learn marching fundamentals. If you want that professional teaching though, you should seek out private lessons from an accomplished professional or teacher on your horn. Or start up a lil jazz band and play play play after hitting that arban book. Listen to the greats and do what they do.
