    Im kinda of Confussed. the Finals list say Townview made it to finals but the Prelims Rankings doesnt show that Townview made it to finals, also Langston and Jenkins are tied at 3rd but isnt in Finals?

    From what i remember..the 1st and 2nd place band in the categories are guarantee a spot. Then the next (4) spots are the next highest scores. But theres (13) bands in the finals. Which is different

    AH... thats it i guess although Jenkins/Langston got 3rd. there were other bands who scored higher in other Classes

    First of all, I'd like to say congrats to all bands who participated this year. The bands that I had a chance to see were of excellent quality. As it relates to the Class AA tie between Langston and Jenkins, the announcer said that the school with the highest score in the musicality category would advance should their score exceed a 3rd place band in the another classification. He concluded by saying that Langston would be the school to advance in such case.

    HSHS 1st. Whitehaven 2nd, and Redan 3rd..
