This IS messy..... If you knew ANYTHING about what you were asking, maybe, per se, a little history to what you are asking... You would know that RDO was started at FAMU.... They are both organizations withing our band communities with very similar goals in mind. I am SURE that there is no over-all beef within the 2 organizations, but whatever beef is going on at whichever schools is THAT bands problem. I am also sure that if you needed to know the answers to this question, you would know already by now.
