Show Style High School Marching Bands " The Best In Your State"

List the best High school Marching Bands in your state...

Texas, Lousiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and Georgia

Please try to least the Top 5 High School Marching Bands in your state and try not to be biasis, by placing your high school.

Your band should be able to play an array of music and do traditional and core style marching or have done core style marching or traditional marching.... Then give the overall best with a picture...

An Example is below..........

Top 5 Mississippi Bands

Greenville Weston High School - Greenville, MS

Provine High School - Jackson, MS

Murrah High School - Jackson, MS

Rosa Fort High School - Tunica, MS

Clarksdale High School - Clarksdale, MS

The Overall Best: Greenville Weston

wow! misrepresentation of Louisiana! Lutcher should definitely not be before anyone on that list.

But Jim Hill has fell off...I wouldn't put them as number 2...I would put Murrah before them

It started like around 2008...I think

actually the fall started truly in 05 right after Hurricane Katrina. it threw off the balance of alot of bands in MS, LA, and alot of other southern bands. my freshmen year in high school at Provine in 04 the best bands were in order Callaway and Jim Hill then for some reason after that year Provine gradually came up...by my senior year in 08 Provine and Murrah was tit for tat I dont know about now...but then it was a tie between Lanier(small but powerful) and Callaway and Jim Hill was last.....Jim Hill used to be feared but they have fell completely off......South Delta had a excellent band and also Greenville-Weston due to the fact they dont have a example close by....
