see, the thing is.. the bands have battled in the tunnel but after 04 they started stopping the bands from having actual band battles.. So now Sections get away with it by "warming up" so to speak...
Yeah...they sneak up to certain bands, "warm up", then run off...literally. BCU did it a couple of times when we went.

To answer your question as a whole band no.. but section yes..... to be honest they really dont care......if its the sections.....when i went with the ocean 08.. it was like its what ever... but they do ask you not to play at all....besides.... how would you hear whats going on if all those bands were to start blowing in the tunnel???....just crazy man..just crazy...LOL
