So, I found out why....

....Bama St video photographer and a JSU director were kicked off the field right when the 5th started. Found out from a reliable source that JSU's new AD, Fuller, is the one responsible for it.

Bands are allowed to stay one hour after the game (so 5 and out seems to be the best thing to do) and NOBODY is allowed on the field to record....even with a pass. This includes directors of all schools (yes, JSU as well). So if you are going to record, go under the goal post because that will be the only place to get the best footage.

I'm not sure why this came to effect or anything, but thats about all I know.

People been using that excuse as a scapegoat Deschaun. I've been on different sites for years tryna explain that the Boom has never kicked out any band. People never see JPD tell Doc to leave, but always see Doc point to the other band. I'll tell you what Doc has told us....

"I'm not leaving until you make them leave" which is usually associated with the finger pointed towards the other band.

But it's too late now though, anytime the visiting band leaves the 5th before the Boom....the Boom kicked them out. A truth is rarely heard but a lie spreads like wild fire.

i personally like the "from the goal post" angle anyway....gives a better understanding of the sound the bands are putting out.

Yea but we all know that there is a loss of sound if you stand anywhere but in the middle. From a recording perspective, you want as much sound as you can get without getting distortion.

well the away band have to have someone on jsu side and vice versa now bands gon say they too far from band b and band a got better clips. But she may have gotten that from someone higher than her too! Just shows bands need to show up early to play to...
