  • ILL GIVE THE EDGE TO ST. AUG!
  • St.Aug is clearly on another level and have their best band since the 04-05 .Easton has been average at most since they made that silly move by getting rid of Brooks who had them bidding for the crown of the city that Walker still have 5years and counting.St.Aug will own thiss whole game with no problems
  • Warren Easton did good but St Aug took the cake.
St Aug won the Band Battle
St Aug won the fieldshow part
St Aug won The Football game
And last but not least St Aug football team and coaches won the fight! JTFO

But Warren Easton is improving! keep it up!

  • Easton has the brightest sound theyve had since Katrina and you can hear all parts and are balanced St.Aug is good but they have more to do be before a prekatrina band good job to both bands and Walker has took a couple has been top 3 but nt carried the title every yr since Katrina its been rotated by St.Aug,35,Walker and Easton

  • Honestly, I think that we are way better than what we were. Alot of people look at the two bands and think size, which is not the way you judge a band battle. I think that Aug sounded very nice, with the whole song selection, and the clearing of the notes. But to be honest they didnt bring it like i thought they were going to. I thought we were going out there to hear some power, but i just heard beatiful songs. Easton , we sound very good. I think the battle was a tie. But that is just me. Heres what i believe: Easton won the loud part of the battle, meaning we blew them out; Aug won the playing part of the battle, meaning song selection and all the different chords and melodys of the songs. GOOD JOB BOTH BANDS, but now its time to get with it for parade season, we will see if results are still the same.
  • MAN IMA SPIT SOME REAL I heard Easton from across the field and i heard st. aug from across the field. I will give easton they props that was proably the best band st. aug faced in football season they had a good sound i can tell ms. Asia been workin them boys, the only thing that they need to do now is stop tryin to play out of they range they had some times when melloz was playin stuff they wasnt hittin baritone and tubas too trumpets really surprised me they got the best trumpet section after st. aug they gon be somethin serious by parade season. I dont need to say anything about st. aug lol

  • I have been to every St Aug game. When St Aug played 35 it was a bummer because there was no comparison. When St Aug played McMain, Mcmain was clean but they needed more volume, St Aug was clean and loud that gmae. St Aug did set the tone at the game last night when they played (In The Stone). A St Aug classic! You can't decide on who wins a battle based just on loudness. I base it on who had the best fieldshow, who was cleaner, and the volume intensity. By your own admission St Aug played some beautiful songs and they were cleaner. If you are loud and can still play clean and beautiful you should win a battle. St Aug did come out on top last night but I still have to commend Easton. When Warren Easton played "Billionaire" it made me smile. It was the best song Easton played that night. but easton looses points for playing rep yo city twice. Good job though!

    A Message for St Aug.
You have come out on top in every band that you have faced across the field so far! good job, but I caution you! You cant expect to win battles with just beautiful and "groovy" songs because when you Challenge OPW, there not gonna be so friendly. The difference between St Aug and OPW is that St Aug arranges to please the crowd and OPW arranges to destroy the enemy across the field. "Power" cannot be your only power song. If you had more power songs combined with them "groovy" songs then no other band would be able to compare themselves to yall. The talent is there. now it's time for yall to really showcase it. But thats just my opinion. I could be wrong.

P.S who would have thought that St Aug would be involved in a team fight.lol
