...And at the same time won the football game! LOL!
Despite the rain, I enjoyed it! Sat nearly close to The BOX. Those boys came in strong this year, and they were LOUD as ALL HEYAL, crankin' throughout the whole game! If you can put their entire bass and tenor line in one apartment, they'll make each window crack in the whole complex! That's how loud they were. Loved it! Plus, they put on a great feature at halftime...

I will admit, Grams drum section was better than I remember. But they need to develop more unity. Seems like they were trying to run a bunch of solo freestyles. It's great to be cold individually, but it doesn't do any good as a section.

Some of my stuff will be biased, but hey, It is what it is.
Game started with Neck from GSU and Chant From PVU. It was obvious from the beginning that GSU was going to get roasted the whole game.
GSU's tubas need to never play a fanfare again this year, Just my opinion on that. The band wasn't together and the drums sounded band. Arrangments were very high school, once again just my opinion. I've seen GSU so much better, I was VERY dissapointed.
PV was bringin heat in the stands. The sound of the band is very good this year.
Halftime,
GSU did their drill from 06, and the dance routine looked HORRIBLE, the steps just werent together, Dancers were nice. only this that the crowed liked was the exit, where they played that tuba GSU get crunk song, dunno what it's called.
PV, did the same show as LDC. So it was on point. I understand why they didn't change it since they hadn't played at another game since the LDC. they had the New Mexico game, and a by week. they should have miced the xylophones, Rappers show their true ignorance when they perform with bands, it was cool but they never got together and did the same dance. looked a mess. the rappers that is. but the band rebounded with a nice ending to the dance routine.
2nd half, all PV, This is when GSU's tubas proved why they shouldn't play anymore this year, terrible. I've battled them first hand for the past 6 seasons, and this is the worst i've ever seen them!. PV was bringing even more heat, and pulled out the win all the way around in my opinion.
5th was all PV, Gramblng put their hats on as soon as their school song (o christmas tree) was done.
