Well from what I've been told, it is official that ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY and BETHUNE COOKMAN UNIVERSITY will be squaring off on Orlando Florida on September 2nd...

Can't be Grambling, Grambling is playing Alcorn in Shreveport Sept 2nd. They signed a two year contract to play Alcorn in Shreveport, 1 year has always been played. BTW, from what i'm hearing it's BCU and Bama State. Should be a nice match up football and band wise, as long as there are no hurricanes.
I think ESPN is going to stick to having the big name schools in the game from now on. There was no point in having Delaware State play us when we bring 16,000 fans and they bring 300 fans when BCU or SCSU could have brought at least 5,000 fans.
Will Bama State be the first SWAC team not named Southern to win in this game? I guess in 2013 or 2014 we will have to give the SWAC its 3rd win.

Exactly, they will be real picky on who they select now. I think Bama State will travel for this game especially since their football team is back strong.

I thought TXSU was supposed to be the SWAC school this year for SWAC/MEAC challenge
I'm hearing three different bands including Grambling, TxSU, AlaSu
TXSU TXSU TXSU
So I guess BCU is going to be the official MEAC team for the rest of this game's existence in Orlando. They just played PV in this game.

This will be a fun match up bandwise
I seriously think this game needs to either return to B-Ham or a week of conference clash
