Top 10 best high school marching bands in texas??

    • you are without a doubt the smartest person in this discussion.  Great to know that people still recognize the dominance of the Royal Braves Marching Band.
  • I have never heard of any of these schools in my life...except Friendswood which is in the Houston Metro area..But not exactly Houston. And since that school is corpstyle....

Cleve is not new so there is a meaning behind this and I think its to say that the Houston bands...ALL HOUSTON BANDS...are considered not very good...I will say that some of the 'New Black Schools' once had outstanding nationally recognized bands....and Waltrip is a constant. These schools that are on this list got kids who prolly march year round at school and then DCI in the summer. They prolly also are marching to the music of the top 3 DCI corps. I remember when all the corpstyle schools were doing The Planets cuz the Cavaliers won with that
  • You know what...If there could be more show bands who can do Corps, Military and Show style and win each time in any competiton...those bands would with no doubt the best bands in texas...anyone agree???

  • They still won't win...good luck with that one
After I saw Willowridge do a Corpstyle show better than some of these other straight corpstyle schools I just think it won't happen, But I commend the effort of those programs that do
