Who do you think are the Top 10 J-sette Captains from 1999 to the present. Judging by what that captain brought to the squad: New Counts, Field Shows, The Captain dancing abilities, Any Adversity the captain had to deal with, but still was able to produce, and if the captain was able to bring good changes to the J-Settes???????
