Why aren't all bands judged equally anymore like early 00's no band was safe from the smallest mistakes it was called out. But now it seems as all bands aren't treated fairly. A top band can be recorded camera in the face missed notes. over blowing even playing early or late and ppl say omg that's the best thing ever. Then band B get they're weak. their slaw need new directors. Bands need to be judged the same but others get a pass

JSU & SU get the same heat as anybody else. Hell actually even more lol. Alot of bands just ain't what they use to be and that's something a lot of people can't handle. Especially since JSU & SU have been the most consistent bands since forever. Please stop thinking top bands have more privileges because they really don't. If you were in any kind of band groups you'd really know wassup. Ain't NOBODY safe lol.
I agree!! I think Su and Jsu get bashed more than anyone. They are constantly under a microscope for any little thing but that's the price that goes with being pretty good. Like the old saying goes,its rough in the swac!
Because the fans believe that their band is PERFECT. Granted the top SWAC bands are put under a microscope by others but their fans believe they can do no wrong.
That's because when your A+ quality and are the cream of the crop you have to be held to a high standard but personally me what no one is talking about I don't know if it's been weather or the hype (about all the bands) this year had been a big big BIG let down for me

how? every swac band have did pretty well this season even bands are traveling very well too. 2015 have been very unpredictable match ups even having fifths in pouring rain sayes alot about the craft of HBCU bands nothing can stop them from doing what they do.

how is it A when this is MARCHING band if your show isn't decent that sayes alot. I remember back in the early 90 s 00s bands had. great field shows and great stands too. now it's just great stands boring halftime just think if bands focused on their show as much as their stands omg the swac meac siac or so on would be unstoppable the total package. ThTs comes to down consistency too the swac as a whole is very unpredictable one game a band could be great next week WTF that's not a good thing.

alot of bands also lose their own playing style to because they're worried about who is across the field if bands did them and focused on what they have planned bands will be so much More consistent But that doesn't happen. because of them caring about who is across the field...bands lose their whole sound by round 3 in a fifth it turns to a I can get louder than you fest instead on focusing on your own sound.
