To me there isn't a bad thing about band practice but there are some annoying things. One of them is when I section repetitively messes up (usually trombones in our band). Then the band director spends about 30 minutes working with them while the rest of the band is just chilling. At the end, the BD schedules a sectional with that section. It's also annoying when people start to lose focus and get off topic with stuff.
lol yeah tht really dosnt happen to much bc if u lose focus me being a section leader will b quick to drop u or go for a light "jogg" round tht track .lol

True but our Mello Section Leader ,who happen to be Band Captain also, does not enforce any rules. It only happens if the BD or DM tells him too.

People coming to practice musty and with a funky attitude!
Folks coming to practice without their music or instrument!
Coming to practice with a hangover and expecting to play at a high caliber!
Coming to practice with the bubble gutts and funking up the bandroom!
Waiting on the BD to stop cursing out a section cause they can't play certain part of the song right!
Coming to practice and playing a piss poor arrangement of a song!
Coming to practice and playing for an unqualified BD!
Coming to practice and standing next to somebody that smells like uncook chitlins!
