If you are making a statement don't put question words such as who, what, where, when, how, or why in your sentence.
The whole sentence is a damn fragment with no punctuation or proper capitals. Not to mention your statement is also bullshit. As LilChris stated oh so eloquently: I have never heard of Southwood. Therefore Southwood CANNOT be "#1" if nobody knows who you are talking about.
And if YOU exemplify the type of education/attitude that school teaches then I can already conclude that not only are you slaw, but your whole school and marching band is slaw.
