      Division Rating I being the highest and Division Rating III being the lowest.

    Definitely a step towards something better by placing emphases on concert band... Hopefully folks start investing in tuners. And I'm shocked by the judges that were chosen, a first indeed.

    Has Phi Mu Alpha at SU ever thought about having their festival the week before LMEA has theirs, would be great for the bands to actual tune up and fix issues before the LMEA Large Ensemble Festival and probably more bands would enter. Probably would help the black bands the greatest. Would love to see more black schools receive superior ratings.

      That was the first plan but a world event that everyone gets hyped about took place that week #mardigras
