    Us Lutcher is having a concert season. I know for sure we will be goinb to competitions in the BR area.

    Well my band has concert season and they do 4 to 7 concerts one is call the sping concert festival.... and seconed is for our middle school for recutiment... and the thrid is for one of a nebior schools.... the others are for stuff like black history... horrons day and sholdd talent and other stuff but.... other than that we go to concert contest... and U.I.L.. wich is a big comp for bands at this time of year... and solo and ensamble... were you can showcase.. you students indavisual talents....so basicly yeah.... but in the end .. it help you program as a whole grow greatly

    2010 Concert Season
    Who's having a concert season? Where will your concert be held? What date is the concert on?

    McMain is having a Spring Concert being held sometime in the end of April or beginning of May. I will post the date, time and location of the performance when it is finalized.

    To all showbands, lets stride for all 1's this concert season. Them corp style bands be creasing showbands at festival. It aint hard peps, you gotta feel the music. Mayne

    North Forest is planning to attend Texas Southern's concert festival on March 27th. Our region concert/sightreading festival for 4A is on April 9th at Kingwood Park HS. Still trying to work out when our school concert is going to be.

    St landry parish just had our pre fest ajudication where I brought plaisance elementary and northwest high school. There was a total of 7 bands in our parish to perform and it was a huge success. We have LMEA DISTRICT III large ensemble festival at ul Lafayette mar 17/18/19. We also will be attending Christian life concert fest in br louisiana this sat comming.

    Now this is the type of communication and support THE LEGEND always wanted from "our" schools. Keep it up. Jones is rebuilding, Spring concert is May 20. Good luck to all bands at TSU Concert Festival on March 27, as well as HISD/Waltrip Festival, March 25-27. Please continue to list your concert schedule, because we must support each other, IF WE DON'T, WHO WILL?
