looks like mvsu vs famu will be the teams coming from ESPN. Imo i think this would be great exposure for mvsu as a whole they really get no love nor tv time at all yes their team has been slippin band too but so has others teams in the past. If valley improves from these last two years of barely losing by a point to winning also delta devils have a good chance of winning a meac swac challenge. Band, if valley gets some balance and better field shows they should be ok stands is not a bit issue their playing a band who will just sit there or play something not worth playing back but the100 will be back with imo to let others know we're back. Attendance famu side packed but jsu vs hampton pulled 10k im 08 and SU vs Dsu pulled 16k. Valley barely has 5k for homecoming. What yall think?

MVSU is interesting. People often rate them as the worst SWAC band but I think their underrated. I think the entire school itself just doesn't get much respect or love from much from anybody (including their own crowd). It kinda sucks for them to work hard and grind and people just flat out don't like them.
You know when somebody is in a corner and have to fight for their life: this is what it will be for MVSU. You may be surprised at what you see.
well both sides were iffy i give 9k at that game8 being SU fans. But dsu band did better than expected man if bonds was still at dsu that would of been a nice band battle. But mvsu vs famu if that aint the most lopsided battle thats like jcsu vs bcu i just cant picture it
nor do we know with mvsu or many others. Either way the game will go on but this maybe the last meac swac challenge too. But if the 100 is back i can see a good 200 250 members they have a loyal band base. What they will look an sound like? but they wont be traveling hard anywhere band camp everyone will be back the same day with rules, contracts, and so on.

Remember with that 16,000 number from SU in 2010. 15,500 were SU fans. lol
We still don't know what condition FAMU band will be in when they take the field next fall, it at all.
