Interesting that’s she the first DST J-Settes captain since Shanketta; and they’re both 2yr captains. We all know that DST captains don’t play (Dr. Butler, Jasma, Ketta). I’m more that sure that Jayla will bring the J-Settes to newer heights. She’s sexy and smooth like Dom, but can buck Down like Ketta.
Im more so interested in seeing the field-shows return to their former glory.

Her mom was a member of some awesome J-Settes squads, the J-Settes had no competition back then, they were the originators of what you see in every HBCU dance team! Congratulations Kayla!
