Good move on the Hill
Hey Stephon? I agree with you; but our shit was the opposite. We had an alumni(Yates) that fucked it up. But he shouldn't have been in the position from the beginning and we (alumni) knew he was sorry as hell, but it was out of our control. This hire was a blessing for the band. The MMW band alumni is so happy with this move.
Glad an AAMU Alum got the position.
@John you do not represent the alumni or the mass alumni with that attitude. Mr. Yates put in work and did what he could with what he was dealt with from the University. I applaud his effort to keep the standards of the band program alive. I agree with you on a couple points glad we have a darn good band director with a lot of praise from alumni (new and old). I along with you am excited for the 2013 season. Yates and staff did a good job of recruiting 13' and the band looks like still in good shape. All love with the MMW!
Also @John lets keep this IN HOUSE! We can talk/ chat anytime. Thanks!
