Shreveport is in the process of putting together an Alumni/All-Star band. The band is looking for anyone who has marched for a Port City band, or band in the surrounding area. Practices have already started and the band is already looking for funding for instruments. The band is marching the Black History Day parade and wants to have at least 120 to 200 members by this summer. If anyone knows anyone let them know.
