Next Saturday, November 3rd the Annual Peabody Magnet High School Battle of The Bands will be held at W.C. Davis Memorial Stadium in Alexandria,LA. Gates open at 4 P.M. and will begin at 6:00 P.M. there will be 10-12 bands in attendance.Southwood High of Shreveport,LASt.Martinville High of St.Martinville,LANorthside of Lafayette,LATara of Baton Rouge,LALutcher of Lutcher,LAMansfield of Mansfield,LANorth Forest of Houston,TXMcMain of New Orleans,LAWest St.Mary of Baldwin,LAand a few others...

I was there, no they didnt, I talked to the band director, he thought SMU had a good show! The crowd was pissed, not them... I just don't see how anybody would say they cried anything lol

Well the Southwood's crowd cried foul lol... But Southwood always has a good show but they never perform any type of drill.I remember they were upset about losing to Central one year over that same issue.
I was at the comp and yes SMU did drill better than them but if you ask me, after the drill... the show was flat, I even liked BTW... but clerly in my opion the best overall entertaining show was Southwood hands down, so i went to lok for the BD and he was talking to his kids about how he was proud and thats the was it goes... we were sitting in the standa and people from alexandria were pissed with the results!

smu did there thing on the field and smashed everybody i just dont like how they run away right after every battle
