Anyone know the contact info for the Directors of any of the All-Star Groups?

I am looking to get in contact with the director of any of the All-Star groups. Does anyone know the contact information and Director's names for groups like Memphis All-Starts, Houston, NOLA etc.

Do any of these groups travel outside of their cities? For events, I am trying to see what it would take to bring two groups to a Spring BOTB in North Carolina,.

We do (louisiana Leadership institute allstar band) .LLI travels more than any Allstar bands out here.
