Area E UIL Marching Competition

This past Saturday Waltrip High School and Sharpstown High School competed in the area E marching competition at Waller Stadium.The two bands to advance to state were Brenham HS and Waller HS. I personally believed waltrip deserved to go.Waltrip won 3rd out of 9 bands competing and will be the alternate for the State competition in San Antonio.I believe this is the furthest any hisd school has gone in the UIL competition?It was a great experience to be able to work with them.As many 4A schools that we have in HISD, can you imagine how much competition we can give each other at region?

wow. that Area E dont sound too hard like the other 4A areas. Brenham used to be good when I was in high school but not now. I saw them at the katy festival and they were horrible.

Region 23 is a tough Region. I think the only region tougher is the one with Spring and Conroe. you get an automatic 5 if your skin is darker than bleach white... lol... Really though
