* BE ATLEAST 18 years of age or graduating senior from high school.
* Have your own horn
*The $100.00 non-refundable membership fees are due IN FULL by June 11, 2011 to be considered a member in "Good Standing" and will cover your T-shirt(s), one out-of-town trip and some of our other transportation cost as well as fund our End-of-Summer Cookout (for members in good standing.)
* We do not wish to babysit anyone, so we are expecting mature behavior from each member. The matter of dues will be discussed in meetings and after rehearsal announcements. Please note, although we are holding rehearsals in Morris Brown's bandroom, this idea is not based completely around Morris Brown's style and has absolutely nothing to do with Morris Brown. With that being stated, you have absolutely no worries of disrespecting your own organizations for those who wish to remain loyal to your colleges. This is for YOUR home, graduates of Atlanta.
Tentative performances this year,June 16th(Summerhill parade),June 30th(BOTB in Mississippi),July 4th(Parade/concert in Lagansville,GA)July 7th(AAAB vs Mississippi in Atlanta),July 14th(AAAB vs CSRA in Augusta)and last but not least,July 21st(AAAB vs Detroit in Detroit)

I just created a petition: National Band Organization, because I care deeply about this very important issue. Petitioning congress to sign into law that Recognizes MARCHING BAND is a sport. By doing this you open up Scholarships and Grants on the Federal, State and Local levels for public and private levels.
