I can't speak for what i haven't witnessed...and i've seen no concert bands this year.. yet i have seen fieldshows and all i can say is... Baton Rouge area bands are kicking serious butt on that field and in the stands .
N.OI has well rounded programs which include Concert Marching and Brass bands but those who SEE n.o bands only see Once Side of what they do..yet thats how N.O bands make money so i aint complaining. lol
you can't throw everything on one band or 2 bands and judge a whole city by it. name at least 10 who are decent to hear and see,
i feel that this thread is going to end up as bias bickering. because we tend to defend our cities and ridicule the competition, ignoring facts. especially when they contradict our connections to them.
