I like Haymer, but Maesto of year college. Didn't they ask for Director of bands, if not Cool. HAM, a rap song won arrangement of the year, Really. SMH...Arranger of the year should go to...Haymer...boy did his thing this year...one of his arrangement easily should have won the D.S. al Coda Award.
I feel that some Atlanta high school bands should be won some of these awards. They have some really good programs.
well Maestro could have went either way it didn't have to be the head director just a director.
also the D.S. Al Coda award is not about the genre it's about the peoples favorite. it could've been mary had a little lamb if it's smashing then it's smashing.
I personally think that just as long as we are together or BCC's marvin gaye and Chardonnae should have one but that's not what the vote is.
As far as Atl Bands they could've won but they didn't represent.
These awards are credible whether you like it or not.
