What yall know about the world famed Memorial Stadium of Baton Rouge?
I know almost everyone has done a fieldshow here,took a lost here,busted a lip and most importantly blown someone out of those stands. Yall tell about of the most epic events/battles that you seen go down here.

i'll start with what i was apart of first
Jamboree Fall 03 Istrouma/SLV/Southern Lab/ Capitol It was our first time anyone seeing us that year and we just start back high steppin, It was the first time the band had been 60+ since fall 2000. We felt like we had a point to prove because Istrouma was so called the "band to pick on" in BR at the time. We sat up in those stands and unloaded our entire song book. Cuttin people off as the began to bring there horns up to play. IMO and plenty others we were the best band there that night..I think the other bands got mad because we stayed there blowin even after the IHS and SU LAB game was over and the CHS and SLV game began.
Istrouma vs. Glen Oaks Fall 03 -was a epic battle, we didnt play the entire first half except for a concert b flat..They hadnt heard us that year, and truth be told Glen Oaks got the best of us my first 3 year in High school. they had a fieldshow and we didnt. So as they began to march off the field and make there way back into the stands we cranked Knocking Pictures and after that we went at it the entire Second half. It was good battle i think we were about evenly matched..i wish that would have been on tape.

Baker(the trent era) vs Capitol Fall 03 - When i say baker let them boys have it!!!! that was one of the most lop sided battles ive ever had the pleasure to witness. Both band had memebers in LLI so everytime one band would play a song the other would play the same thing back..it got to a point where baker took over and it was murder she wrote..I give it to both bands their song books were really deep..

You had Baker, Washington-Marion, and Peabody going at it in the big band division, which Baker won of course. Then it finished with Baker, Washington-Marion, and Glen Oaks trading songs.

Glen Oaks BOTB 2003! Enough said...You had Glen Oaks, Clinton, Jackson, McKinley, Istrouma, Beau Chene, Northwest, OHS, Washington Marion, and Smiley...That was the night to remember! Not sure if I left anyone else out but they had too many bands there! lol...Im mad no one has footage from that night
