Before the Season Starts!!

Before the season starts I would like to wish everyone a safe and exciting season. I have a feeling this season is going to be one for the history books. Please remember why we all joined band and then forget about it because come Sept. 3, its about business. This is no longer about fun, it is about destroying that band that it is sitting right in front of you in your hometown.

    The season hasnt even started yet and all these premature posting of clips wit bands who in all honesty still have work to do, have gotten a lil too much attention..i know errbody ready for the 2011 season to start but all this premature ejacualtion at the mouth over a band playin at band camp, pep rally, picnic, cookout, band merger etc..is a lil, well whateva..Sept 3 is fast approaching and it will b time to perform...then the critics, haters, and.whomever can evaluate what everyone has been working all summer for...Goodluck to all HBCU Bands...

    Yall talking as if this behavior is new.  Now EVERYBODY got a cellphone with the built in video camera.  So now everybody is a qualified video photographer, and everybody feels obligated to share the work they record from their fancy phones with the crappy video camera.  

     

    I wanna see two bands battle with warm up scales.  If your band can't properly play a concert F# scale, then your band shouldn't have the right to play anything else.  LOL
