It's going to be very interesting. The ad flyers were proofed Friday. Ticket are set to go on sale sometime this week. I think it's $12 and 15 advance and $20 and 25 at the door. There will be VIP seating those are the higher priced tickets. These seat will be on the floor right I front of each band as opposed to the regular seating but they are limited. The AAC holds about 7000. I was told the contract has also been signed for next year. Who's gonna make it?

LoL. I can't believe he accepted. Back in my day ESPN offered both bands $20,000 each to do this Dowell Taylor was down but those other folks weren't. But I'm glad they accepted. Dr. Sanford said he plans to move it to a bigger venu the next time it comes back to JSU.
Im all for this but I hope it doesn't affect the game day experience. Both programs should be able to do a botb and still give us the usual excitement before & after the game.

Nope. Bcuz there will be 40 plus thousand more fans who didn't hear or see the two bands battle on Friday night. Soon as those bands crank up the fans will get crunk. And I'm not worried about the bands. The Boom and Jukebox could go at each other for weeks straight. Saturday will be like unfinished business for the two of them. I'm there. Just let me know when the tickets go on sale.
More power to you. I'll be at both. the game itself will be more exciting IMO. It's just something about those two bands inside memorial. Nothing can compare. The entire game day atmosphere sets the tone for that battle. The fans, the tailgating, the football teams. That's something you won't experience at a gym battle. It's a night game too? It's about to be on and popping.

history of botb before games the game is usually blah will this happen between these two we will never know since this botb have never happen....we expected a all out battle at the swac championship but it was just OK. But I think this botb will be VERY popular for some reason. than the overall sure will go to the game but will the crowd be as crunk listening to youtube videos the night before.
