Ummm I got all the bands... But it was damn near 11:30 when the last band finished and I had some church stuff to do Sunday morning so I had to zip out so I would make it back home in time. So no stand clips. I wanted to see Provine, St martinville, Carroll and Central go at it but it was late.
And the bad thing was those kids running in & out the press box slamming the door and shaking my cam. Then the lady next to me wanted to tell me about her life... gosh
And I'll upload the other bands by tomorrow evening. Theys processing now. But I goto the library and upload because the speed is wayyyy faster.
is it just me or we most of those fieldshows horrible? i dont mean the marching..i mean the actual shows..man i know that some of those BD werent expecting to bring home a 1st place trophy with some of those shows. its good to get the kids out there and get the thrill of attending a BOTB. but alot of those bands werent ready....thats real talk,and i wont call anyone out.these kids have tools to do well,horns,uniforms and even the funds to travel. sometimes its out of the bands hands if they are given a show thats lacking.i know about going to a BOTB with a fieldshow that wont bring home a trophy.

i dont feel the need to put anyone on blast like that. maybe a few years ago when i was younger i would have. But the proof is in the footage. look at those videos and you'll know what bands i'm talking about. It clear whos shows were lacking.
