OK. As a FORMER TNT section leader, this is not even a comparison. Our version of "Night and Day" is cool but I wouldn't even consider it as "in the conversation" in comparison to SOP's version. I'm assuming "Ocho Cinco" is a member of TNT??? (don't know him....not by that name anyway) To him or whoever that is, "Please shut your mouth". I've always had mad respect for JSU's bone section and that aint even trying to jock ride or anything of the sort because ya' boy aint even that kind of dude. But I know Music. I live, breath, perform, and currently teach it. There are only two other relevant trombone sections besides my alma mater in the SWAC in MY opinion. JSU is one of them. I would love to compare some of our other fanfares if I had recordings of them. Especially some of my original ones. But this one....NO SIR. SOP all the way for "Night and Day". I digress...

Thank you so much David for commenting on this one cause I would have hated to be the bearer of bad news....LMAO S.O.P. definitely has the better arrangement of that fanfare. I don't want to even get on the phrasing and musicianship of T.N.T. on that particular clip but TNT now doesnt even compare to TNT in me and your day David or even before us. And thats no excuse, thats just the truth.
