1. BANDS PLAN ONLY TO PERFORM. AT HOME GAMES. 2. HOME SCHOOL WILL NOT WELCOME VISITING BANDS IF THEY DO PLAN TO TRAVEL 3. BANDS WILL ONLY ALLOW NO MORE THAN HALF THEIR GROUP TO PERFORM AT ANY PARTICULAR GAME.
They need to just wait until 2021...this won't be worth the effort
