Special (stand) performances by Howard and Norfolk would say A&T but they are not from the DMV..

It would be great if you could get a "good" college band that's not from the area to participate. NSU will always get folks cuz they're that good...same for A&T eventhough they're in NC. The two HUs are.........well, you never know what you're going to get depending on the day but Howard is the better one right now.

Anyway, yeah, bring a group of that can add some flavor to the event especially if you have NSU in the house.
