TxSU, SU, GSU, PVAMU, UAPB, VSU, JSU NSU, AlaSU, NCAT, FAMU and Miles... Field Shows and Stands 15 rounds with designated styles of songs to play.... a mass band performance... Reliant Stadium... Open Roof...
I think we should have a Battle of the Bands for each state to represent themselves with both of their best bands!
Maybe somewhere like in the west coast where stuff like this never happens!!
And call it the EXTREME HBCU BATTLE OF THE BANDS!!!

as good an idea as that sounds....there is NO way they could bring ALL these bands together
