gsu drill was very sloppy i kno honecoming is this wkend but that drill was beyond sloppy should of kept the state fair classic drill.but i kno they wont do that drill anymore
Yes they should have used that drill it was nice!!! They need to work on that Usher song the Orchesis used in the dance feature....did you notice the band didn't dance only rocked. IMO,I think they should do that every time the Orchesis dance.
I agree good show but sloppy drill. Also the band has done that State Fair Classic drill enough already. They are good with the drill they did. The new songs they played just needed more work. The band did dance on the Usher song there was just less movement than usual. GSU tends to do that sometimes with the dance feature. Everything isn't going to get taught in the amount of time given. But I don't think less movement should be the norm for them. Their dancing and playing is part of what makes them entertaining and unique. Watering down their routine isn't the answer. More practice and creativity is the answer. I like the dance routine but with all due respect, the hip hop song arrangements are horrible. I don't think the arranger writes for the strength of the band. But good job G.

state fair drill was new dallas cowboys star and new orleans saints logo. but the songs were only 15 seconds if that the hiphop songs imo fit

Yea we are referring to the same thing the Orchesis feature. They rocked most of the song but they added some kicks to it to make the routine less dry. Im just not a fan of the rocking lol but its all good.

The song is "She came to give it to you" love that song!!
