Registration
Registration after March 1st will incur a $50.00 late fee. In order to expedite the registration process, names of all attendees must be sent to Mrs. Choni Ashley (cashley@hbcu-nbdc.org) by March 1, 2011.
Individual students of non-member schools can register at the cost of $50.00.
Remember to budget for the Convention Banquet cost $20.00 per person to be paid at registration.
College / Recruitment Fair
April 2, 2011 College/Recruitment Fair will be held at Jean Child Young Middle School. Contact Michelle Allen (615-963-5350 or 615-963-5346) to make reservations for your exhibit space and table.

Audition Information
Auditions will be held via YouTube. Students will be assigned an ensemble in advance and the music will be available online.
High School Students Auditions: Send email to info@hbcu-nbdc.org to schedule a time.
Rehearsals
The Convention opening day schedule has been adjusted to afford additional rehearsal time for our ensembles and will require an earlier arrival time. Please visit the Convention Schedule for more rehearsal information.
