Help Planning a Botb

I want to plan a Botb in Virginia.I want to have the best in the 757 versus three of the best in other cities.If you all could help me by telling me what bands to invite and telling me additional information that i need to know.That would be great!

    2 Hours away from Richmond, VA. youll find Ballou and Eastern Senior High schools in DC and a extra 40 mins in Baltimore ull find Milford Mill Academy.. all 3 Bands are considered the top 3 Bands in the DC area.
