    Trying to capitalize off of recent events. Watch how kids will have to pay $200 to rent some run down instrument and get taught by high school kids in search of community service hours. I dont think they thought it through fully before making the flyer.

    Look at the Flyer. ... I'm just sayin'  look at the bands on the flyer .as well as the age range.

    right.. because when we (kennedy) went out there for Mardi Gras in 2001, they were pitching rocks at us. LOL!
