MY BAND IS GOING THUR A DEPRESSION.IN 1970-2002 MY BAND WAS THE BEST IN THE TEXAS.NOW WE ARE GETTIN 2'S AND 3'S IN CONTESTS.THE MEMBERS ARE BEING LAZIER.THE BAND WAS OVER 200 NOW WE ARE ONLY A 65 PIECE BAND.THE PEOPLE ARE BEING SELFISH AND JUST GOOD FOR NOTHING.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To be honest with you, there's not much you can do... Im not saying you can make efforts to change the current situation, but when it comes down to it. Attitude relfects leadership bruh! Your band director, no pun intended, also has a big influence on that as well! The only thing you can do is lead by example and positively influence your peers! Let them know the history of your band and help instill the pride that was once there! Every program goes through their ups and downs, but its up to you, the leaders and the band director to make that change. I hope the best for you and your program and wish you the best bruh!
