Agreed. Unless you're majoring in music, you need to be worried about who has the better academic program for your major....If you are going to do music tho, consider the cost of each, how much financial aid you can get, and which style you would rather learn....there's no rule that says "If you're from X, you have to go to Y" so just go where you think you would get the most out of it skill-wise, and won't have you knee-deep in debt by the time you finish.
