i see people saying "Wait till you hear it in HD" .
Hearing something in HD doesn't turn Mono outputs into Surround Sound folks.lol.. it just doesn't work that way..some of these folks are recording too close to the band. .. What Makes you think that the Audio Quality will be just as good as the video if you're recording so close up..?
HD is great for the visual.. but man these bands are eating up your camera's audio..
You need to be a member of bandhead.org to add comments!
LOL.. All they need to do is turn the main volume(and or recording volume) down a good bit. You will still get the sound quality without distorting the sound. and remember what I've been saying for many many years on every band site....
TAPE DON' LIE...IT ONLY RECORDS WHAT YOU PLAY!
cameras distort all the sound mostly evenly but what you can't hide are those attacks and releases, I remember people saying that some of my clips sound like boo boo and they did but when another band was recorded with the same equipment that clip was the truth...
so what does that say about your band?
anyways give me regular quality because this hd stuff makes me think back to 2000 when you had to wait for the clip to download then hear it because you can't play it without it stopping to buffer even on my big dog cpu with the fastest internet that cox provides...
neewer digicam footage is good though because it's usually in avi and the file size is huge

We gon be alright though. Just continue to work on your sound bands, and to the folks that actually post poor footage of these bands, please stop.
