IF A BAND IS PLAYING MULTIABLE ARRANGEMENTS FROM MULTIABLE ARRANGERS DOES THA CHANGE THE SOUND OF YOUR BAND.

    Not if they are all on the same page of what specific "sound" they are looking for.  But if all arent on the same accord then it could actually "hinder" the potential sound of the band.

    yeah, I can agree, because some bands sound Changes depending on the directors expectations of how they want their tune to sound...
