The students were kicked off the squad in June, according to their attorney. The controversy began with a hazing allegation and the students were accused of conducting an unauthorized practice. Judge Weill's ruling said there was no evidence of hazing and the practice was voluntary.Judge Weill ruled in December the Jsettes should be allowed back on the squad, and allowed to try out for the upcoming year. JSU had banned the students from any participation. The university has also filed a petition requesting an appeal of Judge Weill's ruling with the State Supreme Court. In a statement Goodheart said, "JSU is fighting back against the dismissed Jsettes and not yet accepting Judge Weill’s ruling."http://www.msnewsnow.com/story/31017427/jsu-takes-case-against-dismissed-jsettes-to-supreme-court#.VqBlX1U14dU.facebook

This isn't about abiding by the rules anymore, this is about her ego. As much good as she's done for the University and the band she's slowly discrediting that by going through with this. I just hope the girls gets the full support of the band staff going through this.
