Jan 17th MLK Parade on the Gulf Coast

Are all the College Bands invited still going to attend?

The Biloxi High School Band and other marching bands from across the state have committed to the parade. Crowell said Battle of the Bands
competitors will include Mississippi Valley State University, Jackson
State University, three high schools from the Jackson area and possibly a
band from Louisiana. The Alcorn State University marching band also has
been invited.

    Everything is supposed to go down on the 17th at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum at noon.  They make it sound like they're not gonna do an actual parade but just go inside the dome and go at it.  lol
